Mercy by the Sea is a retreat and conference center in Madison, Connecticut. Located on the shores of the Long Island Sound and surrounded by natural beauty, its setting supports contemplation, reflection, connection with Earth and holistic growth and experience.

In the spirit of Foundress Catherine McAuley, Mercy by the Sea employees all embody the ministry of hospitality. Part-time Food Service Staff Job Opening

Mercy by the Sea Retreat and Conference Center is seeking a part-time (weekly 30 hrs/week) food service staff member.  

The kitchen team is responsible for food prep, serving, kitchen and dining room cleaning and organizing. Join a great team who understand the importance of hospitality for guests, where each food service staff member contributes to the overall mission of the Retreat Center.
