Private Retreats

If you cannot participate in one of our scheduled directed retreats, you are invited to come for your own, depending on room availability. While the retreat center may not be in silence, you can still benefit from our prayerful and peaceful setting. If you desire silence during meals, you are free to use the upper dining room.

To pay the balance due on your retreat please visit the Account Access page and enter the email address used to register.

Cancellation and Refund Policy for Private Retreats at Mercy by the Sea

A non-refundable deposit of one night’s stay (minimum stay is 2 nights) is required at the time of registration to confirm your retreat. The remaining balance is due 14 days prior to your scheduled arrival.
A cancellation made up to 14 days or more before your retreat begins, you will receive a full refund minus the deposit.
A cancellation made fewer than 14 days before your scheduled arrival, you will receive a 50% refund of the total amount paid minus the deposit.
Unfortunately, we are not able to hold payments as credit toward a future retreat.
In the rare event that Mercy by the Sea must cancel your retreat, you will receive a full refund.
